Laugh

Whoever said your grades get better when you get married did not marry Evan Fox. I'm not really sure why I assumed moving in with my favorite person in the whole world would give me more motivation to study... that seems ridiculous now that I think about it but I absolutely bought into it at the time! The problem is I can't stop laughing long enough to open a book, much less do my actual reading (apologies to any professors who may have stumbled upon my blog....harsh but true). Let me just give you a sample of some of the things you may have heard in our home over the past week:

"Where do homeless men always get their cardboard and markers?"

"I need a broom to push our clothes down into the bathtub."

"Whose turn is it to sweep up the chest hair?!"

"Nooo. Now we'll never get the sour patch out of the bed!"

"Why is there a chip clip on my lotion bottle?"

Honestly? Could you study in this type of environment??President Hinckley said, "In all of living, have much fun and laughter. Life is to be enjoyed, not just endured." I'm so glad I have a husband who takes that seriously! I'd trade my grades for him any day.

  2. Hahaha I was NEVER under the impression your grades would get better, your favorite "distraction" is now your husband! Case in point...you are writing this funny blog, not studying in your OLD home...the LIBRARY!! Do you still remember where that is?? I love your blog though, you are fun to read!

  3. my favorite was the hobo one...so true. Sometimes Ben and I can't get to sleep because we just lay in bed with the giggles. It's like having a sleepover with you best friend...every night.

  6. I just laughed for like 10 minutes in the library at this. And let me just support your non-studying habit by letting you know that I have a Patho test and Micro quiz tomorrow. I'm here. at the library. not studying. instead reading your blog and doing wedding plans.

good to know it only gets worse :)

LOVE YOU AND EVAN TO DEATH!
