I waited a long time for this day! The day we got to say "good riddance!" to the 3's and usher in my four-year-old, for I have been promised that four-year-olds are the most charming humans on the planet and I look forward to experiencing it. Winston's birthday requests included donuts, a trip to Malone's Gym (just a local gymnastics center that has open hours several times a week) and a blueberry cake. The blueberry obsession is thanks to Zootopia and it took me a while to come up with an acceptable recipe but I'm glad he insisted because it sure was delicious!
